Workshops
What do we do?
We design and facilitate training spaces that articulate critical reflection, situated experience, and collective knowledge production, aimed at strengthening capacities for intervention and social transformation from an intersectional perspective.
Our services
- Design and facilitation of training instances (workshops, courses, seminars, and training pathways).
Development of tailored training proposals for organizations.
Training in intersectional approaches, human rights, care, and genders and identities.
Spaces for critical reflection on institutional practices, public policies, and everyday life.
Participatory methodologies that articulate theoretical knowledge, experiences, and concrete practices.
Production of pedagogical materials and training resources for institutional use.
We conceive training as a space to destabilize common sense, question naturalized knowledge, and open questions where closed answers usually prevail. Faced with educational models that homogenize experiences and reproduce hierarchies, we commit to intersectional pedagogies that enable doubt, discomfort, and collective experimentation. Training is not about transmitting content, but about creating conditions to think what we had not thought before, rethink from other perspectives what we had already thought, reveal power relations that traverse everyday life, and build tools to transform ourselves collectively.
